New Scheduler Account Registration

IF YOU WERE AN ESTABLISHED PATIENT PRIOR TO APRIL 8, 2026

Here are the instructions for registering your account and accessing the new scheduler and patient portal:

1) Follow this link:
https://nurturingspiritacupuncture.acusimple.com/access/#/portal/reset/

2) Under "Email or Username," enter the email address that you used to log into your account in the old scheduler.

3) Enter the code to verify that you're human and click "Submit."

4) An email will be sent to the address that you entered from no-reply@acusimple.com. Open the email and click the "Reset Password" button.

5) Enter your new password twice to confirm it and click "Submit."

6) You will then be signed in and taken to the Patient Portal tab. Please fill out the Contact Information form so that I have updated contact and email preference information for you.

If you want to explore further...

Within the Patient Portal tab, you can click on the "Appointments" header to see your list of upcoming appointments. To alter an upcoming appointment, just click the "Reschedule" or "Cancel" button next to that appointment and follow the prompts.

You can click the "Send Message" button to send a message or upload a document through the patient portal.

Clicking on the "Messages" header will show you all messages you have sent and received.

If you are in the Patient Portal tab and would like to schedule a new appointment, click the "Schedule" tab. Click "Book" next to the appointment type you want. Once you have selected a date and time, the Review and Confirm screen will appear. Click "Book My Visit" to complete the booking. You will be sent a confirmation email.

Once you've registered your account by setting your password, you can use this link to book new appointments in the future:
