Virtual Wellness Sessions
In these secure video chat sessions, you will learn self-care practices that will empower you to optimize your physical and mental health, your immunity, and your resiliency. Virtual Wellness Sessions may include self-acupressure to address specific health issues, qi gong movements, breathing practices, stress-management and relaxation techniques, Chinese medicine nutritional therapy, support for working through difficult emotions from a Five Element perspective, and/or other self-healing approaches.
Each session is customized to your individual needs, drawing on all the skills, knowledge, and expertise that I have gathered over my 25+ years in the holistic health field. Virtual wellness sessions are available to anyone located in Washington, DC or Virginia.
Acupuncture Treatment
Acupuncture involves the use of extremely fine, flexible needles, inserted at specific locations on the body traditionally recognized as acupoints for the purpose of stimulating your body's innate capacity to heal, repair, and regulate itself.
Other Modalities
Other modalities that I use include Chinese herbal medicine, acupressure, tuning fork acupoint stimulation, essential oils, ear beads, Chinese medicine based nutritional therapy, moxibustion, cupping, and qi gong.
